In order to ensure that your problem is dealt with speedily, we have set up a toll-free hotline for you. Our experienced staff will support you in identifying the problem, and if it is caused by a technical defect during the warranty period, we will ensure that the defective product is replaced quickly, free of charge and with a minimum of effort on your part. Even if the warranty for your product is no longer valid, you will of course receive instant help.
